Picture: Patrick Browne Students who will be sitting the Leaving Cert in June 2017 get to grips with the Internet of Things at Waterford Institute of Technology’s HEA-funded summer camp for 5th year students which ran over four days from Tuesday, 7 June to Friday, 10 June. The range of disciplines students got to try out include: 3D Animation, Build a computer workshop, Coding, Internet of Things, Audio and Video Development, Web Development, Games Development and Virtual Reality. Last year WIT added an Internet of Things 4-year Level 8 course to its suite of undergraduate Computing courses. See www.wit.ie/cao.
